Whats a good way for me to make money online?

I personally have yet to find a “scam-free” way to make money. Every company that I have found so far wants money upfront & their methods don’t work.
I have sold Avon for 2 years, stuffed envelopes, posted ads, etc. ALL of which were a big waste of time & money.
The free site I like the best so far is MyPoints.com, its a slow process of answering surveys, signing up for things, clicking on links then closing them to earn points (of course they want you to buy something, but I rarely ever do). The points are traded for gift cards when you have enough for the type of card & in the dollar amount that you would like. Example: It took me 6 months to gather 7,000 points for a $50 JCPenny gift card.
But if you only have say 1,600 points you can still get gift cards to various stores in the amount of $10 and still have a few points left over.
The gift cards arrive via mail in about 10-15 days. I’ve been a member since 2005 & have racked up 16,265 points since then.
