Well, for you to get the money, you have to give some personal information, so no, it\’s not really possible – you have to subscribe with at least some info. There\’s a lot of services that won\’t spam you, though – if you know how to code (software) you could do small projects as a freelancer for a living.

There are legitimate survey companies and companies that do mock trials and you give your opinion in order to assist the atty in coming up with a strategy for a case. Unfortunately, you are not going to make a living at it. And you have to find people who you trust to refer you to legit. sites. I do not want to violate the tos so I will not give you the names of the ones I participate in. But I can tell you that I earned 1200 dollars in cash last year a few minutes here and there at a time. I cashed each check as I got it and saved the money for Christmas. I also earned gift cards too. We are still eating and shopping on the cards.
Mystery shopping is an option too but you do not make the money that most sites claim. An average shop earns you 5 to 15 dollars and they used to allow you to purchase and item under 10 or 20 dollars and then they would reimburse you when you sent the check. Now many want you to buy something and then return it so they are not out the cash. Considering that you have to use your own gas and time and take mental notes of everything then rush home or drive away to a location where you cannot be seen and make notes. Then go home and fill out the form and then submit and wait. And pay taxes on the income (it is considered contract labor and they have your ssn so the IRS knows what you earn) it is not worth the effort.
I would just work my normal job and if I needed extra income, I would get a second job. The money comes faster and steadily. Then I would reserve the surveys for when you are bored.
I found the companies through a web forum that lists contests, samples and earning opportunites. I spend hours reading and talking to others and then I was still taking a chance by signing up. If you do take the leap, use a free email service with an account specifically set up for this stuff. Then your normal email addy will not be filled with junk if you encounter a shady site.
The only thing I know is myLot. It is a site that I found to be very similar to Yahoo Answers.You can post discussions and/or respond to others. And you get paid to do it. I’ll admit, the pay is very minimal at only a few cents per day, but if you put in the time it can pay off in the long run. Payment is through Paypal, so you’d need an account through them. The minimum payout is $10 and they pay once a month. So you really only need to make about .34 cents per day to get paid $10 every month. And the remainder will carry over to the next month. Again, it’s not much but if you like to interact with others you might give it a try.

I would suggest trying GPT sites. These are sites that will pay you for answering surveys, signing up for offers, doing free trials etc.
