I’m guessing that even if what he recommends via his website about how to make money online is legitimate, that his results are not normal, and/or that some people have not had much success or had negative experiences. I appreciate any comments.

There are NO online jobs. No data entry. No surveys. No clicks. Nothing. Anywhere. Really. You have a better chance of being hit by lightning.

The site is legitimate but whether his information is any good you will probably have to decide yourself. There’s a lot of information online about him but most seem to be his own self promotion.
Making money online is a difficult task and not everyone succeeds even when they are using similar techniques.
You pay $497 upfront to join. You then run ads promoting TTZ Media. Every time someone buys thru your link, you get money in your account. You are also trying to get others to join and pay $497. You get money every time someone joins thru your link.
The problem has been getting paid for your work. There are many complaints from people who have actual credits for over $1,000 and asked to be paid. They get no money. At first they think that something is wrong. Later they realize that they worked for months for nothing. It seems that his site has no intention of paying them a penny.
