everyone knows theres someway to make money online but no one I know is doing it. Most say there isnt away but there has to be some way a person can make a living online without haveing to do survays

Unless you have very specific skills, such as graphic design, web design, computer programming, there are no real internet work at home jobs. You will just be bombarded with all kinds of scams.

What you describe – no money starting out describes a job. I default to Henry’s answer.
There are other ways of making money. People are doing it every day with Ebay, CraigsList. Others are doing it with home businesses. I have a friend that does Tupperware, pretty much solely online. Is she getting rich, nope, but making enough extra to cover what she needs. But even with these, there is money involved to get started as you have to have something to sell.
