I come from Cambodia. I have browsed through many web sites to find out how to earn money online. Unfortunately, most of the sites I’ve found provide cash offers for US and Canada residents only whereas some sites charge fees. Could anyone suggest how to find a suitable site for me?

No. If you want to earn money, you have to get off the couch and get a JOB. 99% of those websites are SCAMS.
