Don’t invest any money online for getting jobs because most of them are scams. Look for free to join sites only. Some places where you could find graphic designing work are:
– Join webmaster forums like http://www.v7n.com/forums/ & http://forums.digitalpoint.com/. There you can find graphic designing jobs in the marketplace section and you can also participate in graphic designing contests which usually have cash prizes of more than $20.
– Join freelancing sites which are free to join and you could search for employment. Some famous ones are:
