As long as Pakistan’s banking system is listed as funding terrorism, you wont be earning anything off American websites…

With no bank account where do you keep your money? Or do you have an account any not Paypal?
If someone you know has a bank account you could accept a cheque and endorse it over to them, so they deposit into your account and you get the money – maybe?
I’m going to link you to a free blog talking about different (free) ways to make money online; including writing your own blog and using Adsense, which pays by cheque if you request it.
