I want to make some money online. I looked at a lot of sites, They are 18+. Other’s are cost to join(My grandpa said, If you have to pay to work, Its a scam.) Then Others are offers that need a credit card or lots of my information they could sell like with the survey sites. So whats a good legit way i can make Money online at my Age?

Neobux.com is one of the only good ones I’ve found.
And if you like game type things, you can try Moola.com.
(Both are free and have no age limit! But you’ll have to have PayPal to get your money.)

There probably isn’t, even for those of legal age.
I suppose you could make profit selling uncommon items on eBay, but you probably have to be 18 to get a seller’s account, bank and PayPal accounts, as well as having/getting the items in the first place.
Just stick with real-world work. Much less risky.
You should chop wood or become a roofer or landscaper or downhill mountain bike racer or dig wells for a living. All hard work but worth it in the end.
I’ve been a member of http://www.survey-head.com for a little over a year and made about $100 that has been paid to my paypal account. It may not sound like a lot but I didn’t have to do a lot for it either. Might be worth your while checking it out.

Your grandpa is correct: If it cost money to join, it is a scam.
Even if if it is possible to make your money back on the long run, it is not a good idea to join.
The best way to make money onine is to write unique, quality content which attract web readers. Everytime they click on your advertisements, you will make a couple of cents.
This can amount to hundred of dollars a month if they are placed strategically on your webpages and if they are lots of people visiting your blog.

1. Earn money from blogging. From just your blog (must be popular enough) many ways for earning money come to you (selling banner ads in your site, selling text link, Selling your domain, and especially Pay Per click program.
2. register to paypal for your online banking. if you don’t have CC, just buy VCC (virtual credit card). that’s really help you

Google “webmaster forums” if you like to write. Many webmasters are looking to pay people for well-written articles on many topic.
Google “freelance programmer” if you can program (php, asp, etc). Huge demand for these people.
